THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on Wife's Motion to
hold the Husband in contempt and the Court having heard the
testimonp of the Wife and Husband and argument o~ the Wife's
counsel, RUPERT JASEN SMITH, and being duly advised in the pre-
mises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Court withholds ad3udica
tion of any Motion for Contempt, it is further,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband shall not contac
the Wife in person or by telephone except in matters of emergency
or in matters concerning support and visitation rights to the
- parties' children.
The Court reserves jurisdiction concerning this matter
and the parties hereto. ~
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
