That the Court has 3urisdiction of the parties. 2. That the bonds of marriage between Petitioner, CARIrII3LA , CUSANELLI, and Respondent, MICHAEL CUSANELLI~ are dissolved becaus. the marriage is irretrievably broken. A ~ 3. That the Husband shall have possession and exclusive F use of the 1969 Cadillac sutomobile owned by the parties and that ~ the Wife,shall sign over alI her title and interest in said vehicl _ to the Husband. The Husband shall further have exclusive respon- sibility for payments on and maintenance for the.said motor ve- hicle. The Husband shall further cause the Wife's name to be re- moved from the insurance policies covering said vehicle. 4. That the name, CARMELA M. CIANCI, this being the Wife' r name prior to her marriage to the Respondent, shall be restored an the Wife shall be entitled to nse said~name. 5. That the Husband shall assume responsibility for pay- ment of the balance of the Wife's attorney's fees, said balance being in the amount of $150.00. That the Husband shall make these paqments in monthly installments of $50.00 each with the first in- stallment beginning on March 8, 1977 and sha11 continue for three tiUYR.BRUNf ~3) consecutive-months.
