This cause having come on for f inal hearing on the Wif e' a
Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and all parties having appeared
with counsel and, further the partiea havitg reached an agreement
and indicated.satisfaction thereto~ it is thereupon,
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED`~AS FOLIAWS :
1. That thia Court ha$ juriadiction over all partiee and
the sub3ect matter of this case.
2. That the marriage of the partie8 be and the same is -
hereby diasolved and the parties and each of..;them shall be freed from
the bonds of their marriage.

E 3. Cuatodq of Joseph Frank DiFrancesco, Jr., Preston Di.F'ran•
~ cesco, Patrick DiFranceaco, Jamie DiFrancesco and Jared DiFrancesco,
~ minor children of the parties hereto, is awarded to the mother, Lirda~
Carol DiFrancesco, with reasonable visitation rights reservec~ to the
father, Joseph Frank DiFrancesco.
4. Commencing the 14th day of February, 1977, Joseph Frank
DiFrancesco shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the sum of ~12.00 per
child, each and every.weelc, that is, $60.00, for the support of the
f ive minor children herein named, which shall be remitted promptly
by the Clerk to Linda Carol DiFrancesco. In addition, thereto is her eby
assessed the sum of ~1.00 as costs to be added to each~payment made
to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
cashier's check. Each party hereto is hereby ordered to keep the Clerk
