5. Joseph Frank DiFrancesco ahall and he is hereby ordered
to pay as and for reasonable attorneq feee the euma of =175.00 plus
coeta in the amount of ~~29.50, for a total of ~204.50. Said~ total
shall be paid to the attorney for the wife at the rate of s50.00 each
and every month until fully paid. The first euch payment ehall be
due on March 1, 1977 and the lat daq.of each $ucceeding month until
fully paid as set forth herein.
-ii. Joseph Frank DiFx~ancesco shall and he is hereby ordered
to convey and tranafer title to the 19b9 Ford automobile and all
furniture in the marital home to Linda Carol DiFrancesco.

7. Linda Carol DiFranceaco ahall and ahe is hereby ordered
to paq $66.00 per month to Badcock Furniture Campany or other person,
f irm or corporation to whom the debt of approxi.mately $900.00 is
presently due and owing. She shall keep said balance current and
she shall and she is hereby ordered to hold Joseph~Frank DiFrancesco
ha=mless for atiy liability or damages _ extending or arising from said
debt.
8. Joseph Frank DiFrancesco ehall and he is herebq ordered
to pay ~44.00 per month to Eagle Finance Company or other person, firn

or corporation to whom said payment is due and owing. He shall keep
said balance current and he ahall and he is hereby ordered to hold
Linda Carol DiFrancesco hazmless for anq liabilitq or damages~extending
or arising f raa, said debt . .
9. The parties hereto shall and they are hereby ordered
to divide their anticipated tax return for taxes paid during 1976,
when it is received. Each partq shall and is hereby ordered to indorse
said return check upon receipt of same. Joseph Frank DiFrancesco ahall
receive $100.00 of said tax return and I,inda Carol Di.Fracesco ehall
receive anq and all remainirg funds after the deduction set forth above.
10. Linda.Carol DiFrancesco shall and she is hereby ordered
to reLease all tools presently at the marital reaidence upon demand
bq Joseph Frank Di.Francesco.
