FINAL JUDG~MSNT -
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
T'~is cause came on for triA1 the 7th day of February, 1977,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and detern?ines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and aubject matter of this suit; that_the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and f.hat the marriage between
the partiea is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
- ~RDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
I. The m~rriage between JEFFRSY E. MILLAR and SARAH D. MILLRR
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of.them
- are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore ex-
;
isting between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. Custody of TAMAttAH MILLAR, mi.nor child of the parties, is
hereby awarded to SARAH D. MILLAR with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to JEFF,~tEY E. MILLAR. -
_ 3. Commencing the llth day of February, 1977, JEFFREY E;
~ MILLAR shall pay to SARAH D. MILLAR the sum of $35 each and every week

for the support of the child named above.
Each payment shall be cnade to the Clerk of this Court and
by him retnitted promptly to SARAH D. MILLAR. In addition there is
hereby assessed the sum of $1.t30 as statutory costs to be added to each
