SCOTT M. KENNEY who first being duly sworn on oath deposes and says
as follows: '
1. That he ie an attorney at law admitted to practice in
the State of Florida and practicing in St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That he is the attorney for the EState of Paul C. Mayer,
deceased, who died on February 24, 1976.
3. That a Federal Estate Tax Return was filed for the Estate
of the said decedent, upon which there are~no estate taxes owing as
per the-attached Estate Closing Letter attached hereto as Exhibit A.
