(administratrix), for the Estate of HOWARD F. HOWE, and
the widow of the deceased, who by me first being duly sworn,
deposes and says: - .
1. That at no time, neither now or in the past. was
the property in Fort Pierce, deeeribed as Lots 1 and 2,
Block "A" Alamanda Vista Subdivision, used as the homestead
~ for herself or the deceased.
~ 2. That never, neither now or in the past, have they
filed a homestead claim on the above described property.
