E~K~ • arc vu? ~ RENEWSD PBTITION FOIt ORD$R APPROVING SALE • OF BRLTNSON PROPBRTY ~ COMES NOW the Administratarix (personal repreaentative) of the aboved titled estate, by~ and through her underaiqned attorney, and files thie renewed petitfon for order approvinq the Bale of the Brunson Property, and Baye:__ 1. ~n April 12, 1976, the Estate petitioned_the court to sell the Brunson Property to Willie Coe, fo Fort Pierce, for 550,000.00 with a downpayment of $1,000.00.. . 2. Durinq a hearing on the matter, held before the court on April 22, 1976, the attor~ey for the~estate explained on the record of that hearing, that the Estate had only been able to inaure the Brunson Property for $40,000.00 because ~ no insurance company had been willinq to accept any larqe~ amount of ineurance because of the condition of the property. - 3. Collection of rentals from the property has been extremely difficult and Willie Coe has been willing to assume - this responsibility on behalf of the estate. ' 4. The Estate, throuqh its F~rt Pierce attorney, Michael McCarty, has attempted to n?ake other arrangements, however, no arranqement other than the one proposed by Willie ~ . Coe has been possible. S.The child heirs filed objections to the first-_ proposal to sell the property to Mr. Coe and offered as an alternative, in open court, to purchase the propertf for $50,000.04 with a downpayment of $2,000.00. 6.
