detailed in the contract necessary to secure the interest of ~

described, to-wit:
Lots I and 2, Block "A" ALAMANDA VISTA SUBDIVISION,
according to plat thereof ae recorded in Plat Book
9, Paqe 49, public recorde of St. Lucie County,
Florida
WHEREFORE the estate prays that the personal representative
be authorized to execute the contract in order to~prote~t the
. estate from possible liability suitB from tennants and from
the necessity of havinq to advance the funds necessary to
repair the property so that it will continue to be usable .
for rental purposes. .
