1. The Claim of Defendant,-MAJOR ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES,
INC., a Florida corporation, is inferior to the claim of Defen-
dants, RICBARD M. ALBERT and PATRICIA ANN ALBERT, his wife.

ALBERT, his wife, have first priority to any foreclosure sale
proceeds remaining after disbursements in satisfaction of _
