Order:
" THIS CAUSE havinq come on before the Court on Defendants'
Mc~tian for 3udgn~ent N.C~.V, on Severance Damaqes or alternatively,
Motion for Entry of Judgment in Accordance with Defendants'
Motions far Directed Verdict Made at the Trial, and Plaintiff's
Motion for New Trial, and the Court havinq heard argument of
counsel and the Defendants havinq waived their right to a jury
trial for severance damages in excess of $229,850, the minimwa
severance damage figure testified to in the trial of these
proceedings, and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is
thereupon, .
ORDERED AND ADJ[JDGED:
1- The Defendants' Motion for Judgment N.O.V. is
granted,.and Judgment N.O.V. shall be entered awarding full
compensation as follows:
