for Defendants herein for the entry of an Order requirinq Plaintiff -
to deposit the sum of FIVE AUNDRED FORTY-ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED
FIFTY ($541,950.00) DOLLARS in the Reqistry of the above-stylecl
Court in order to pay the Final Judgment entered by the Court
on behalf of the defendants, ROY P. THOMAS and MYRTLE L. THOMAS,
as to Parcel No. 108 herein, and the Court beinq fully advised
in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
TAAT PLAINTIFF, DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATION, STATE OF FLORZDA
DEPARTMENT OF T1tANSPORTATION, be and it is hereby directed to
deposit the sum of FIVE IiUNDRED FORTY-ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED
FIFTY ($541,950.00) Dollars in the Registry of this Court to
cover the aforesaid Judgment.
