THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court on Defendants' -
Motion for Judgment N.O.V. on Severance Damages or alternatively,
Motion for Entry of Judgment in Accordance with Defendants'
Motions for Directed Verdict Made at the Trial, a~d Plaintiff's
Motion for New Trial, and the Court having heard argwnent of
counsel and the Defendants having waived their right to a jury
trial for severance damages in excess of $229,850, the minimum
severance damage fiqure testified to in the trial of these
proceedings, and being otherwise adv~sed in the premises, it is
thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1- The Defendants' Motion for Judgment N.O.V. is
qranted, and Judgment N.O.V. shall be entered awarding full
