THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on the Wife's Motion

For Modification~of the Final Judgment, and the parties having
appeared.with their respective attorneys and the Court having
heard testimony and reviewed the documentary evidence, and the ;

Court having found that there has been a material change in ~
circumstances in that the Husband's assets and earning capacities
t
- have materially increased, it is thereupon, ~
~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the child support payments payable from the
Husband to the Wife commencing February 18,.1977, shall be
;
~ increased $20.00 per week per child.
2. That all other terms and provisions of the Final
Judgment of Dissolutiort of Marriage not heretofore modified
shall remain~n full force and effect.
3. That the Court awards Charles A. Sullivan, Esq..
-attorney for the Wife, the sum of $150.00 attorneys fees plus
$40.00 court costs.
