_ The undersiqned, as personal representative of the
above estate alleqes:
l. The decedent, Helen Jane Moses, a resident of
St. Lucie County, Florida, died on the 8th day of September,
1976, and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner
~ on September 28, 1976.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver of Account and
Service of Petition for Discharqe and Consent to Discharge
of Personal Representative.
~_..yj. 3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate,

by makinq payment, settlement, or other dispostion of all
clai.ms and debts that were presented, and by paying or making
~ provision for the payment of all expenses of administration.
~ 4. Petitianer has filed all required estate tax re-
turns with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Depart-
ment of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and
filed with this court evidence of the satisfaction of this
estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate
taxes , if any . ~
5. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribu- ;

tion of the assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule
of distributton attached hereto as Exhibit A.
