The undersigned petitionera allege:
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate as
Sxecutrix and Co-trustees under the Will of Genoeffa M.
Spezzano. Thefr names and addresses are as set forth in
paraqraph 3 and the name and address of their attorney are
as set.forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, Genoeffa M. Spezzano, whose last known
address was 204 Palmer Hill Road, Old Greenwich, Connecticut
06830, dfed on August 29, 2975, in Greenwich, Connecticut,
and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in Greenwich,
Connecticut. ~
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of thia estate, their addresses and relationship to decedent,
and the aqes of any who are minors, are:
