There is no exempt property in the State of Florida.
6. The~value of the entire estate subject to adminis- -
tration in this state, less the value of property exempt from
the claims of creditors, does not exceed $10,000.00.
7. The estate is not indebted.
8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent be
distributed to Susan S. Bria and 8arry E. Peden, Jr., as Co- ~
Trustees under the Will of Genoeffa M. Spezzano, deceased.
9. Petitianers are unaware of any unrevoked will or
codicil of decedent other than as set forth in paraqraph 10. .
10. An authenticated copy of-decedent's last Will.dated
May 23, 1975, accompanies this petition.
11. Decedent's will does not direct administration as
required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes. Petitioners request
that the decedent's last Will be admitted to probate and an
order of sunuaary administration be entered directinq distri-
bution of the assets in the estate in accordance with paraqraph
8 of this petition.
