~ I, GENOSFFA M. SP$8ZAN0, of the Town of Greenwich, Count
of Fairfield and State of Connecticut, being of a sound and
dispoaing mind, memory and understandinq, do hereby make, or-
,dain, publish and ctieclare the followinq to be my Last Will an

Testament, hereby revokinq, cancelling and annulling any and
- all former Wills and Codicfls by me heretofore at any time
made.
FIRST: I direct that all my enforceable debts, funeral
„ expenses, and the expense of ac7ministerinq upon my estate be
r~ paid from my general estate as soon°after the time of my de-

cease as may be practicable. Such debts shall not include
'obligations secured by mortgaqes on real estate or debts ow-
inq insurance companies secured by policies issued by such ~

insurance companies.
I also direct that any and all death duties, legacy,
succession, inheritance, transfer, and estate taxes levied or
assessed upon or with respect to any property forminq part of f

my taxable estate for the purpose of determininq any such tax
toqether with any and all interest and penalties thereon,
shall be paid out of and in diminution of my residuary estate
~disposed of hereinafter with the same effect as though an

:enforceable debt, regardless of whether such property and/or

F ~ the transfer of such property passes under and by virtue of

~ this my Last Will and Testament or any Codicil thereto, or

~ passes under and by virtue of any other document, deed. con-~

~ :tract, insurance policy or otherwise, and I direct that no ~

rated or apportioned amonq or charged against the respective

~devisees, legatees, beneficiaries, transferees or other re-

may have passed to any of them, and that my estate shall not
