FIFTH: In the ev~ent any beneficiary under this Will or.
any Codicil hereto shall survive me, but shall fail to sur-
viv~e me for a period of thirty (30) days, then all the provi-
sions of this Will and of any such Codicil shall take effect °
in all respects as thouqh such beneficfary had~predeceased me

SIXTH: I hereby nominate, conarftute anr2 appoint my sai
niece,-SUSAN S. BRIA, ta be the Executrix of this my Last Wil
and Testament. In the event my said niece for any reason
shall fail to qualify as $xecutrix hereunder,~or, havinq qual -

. fied, shall fail to complete her duties as such, then in her
J~ ~ place and stead, I~ominate, constitute and appoint iay attorn y, ~
H~iRRY E. PEDEN, JR., of Greenwich; Connecticut, to be the
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. ~
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said niece,
SUSAN S. BRIA, and said AARRY E. PEDSN, JR., to be the Truste s
of the trust created by this my Last Will and Testament. I

direct that no vacancy shall be deemed to exist in the truste
•ship hereunder so lonq as either said SUSAN S. BRIA or said +
HARRY E. PEDEN, JR. shall be serving as Trustee hereunder.
I direct that no bond be required of any of the persons
named as Executrix, Sxecutor or Trustee hereunder for the
faithful performance of her or his duties in either capacity.
All the rights, duties, powers and discretions conferred

~ shall apply to and may be exercised by such Executor and/or
