to such minor's parent or guardian or to any other peraon
havinq the care and control of such minor, or may defer pay- -
ment or distribution of any part or all thereof until ttse min r

as-my Executor and/or Trustee may deem advisable. Any income
not so expended for the benefit of any such minor shall be

~ ferred, conveyed and paid over absolutely to him or her, or

administrator(s) of the estate of such minor. My Executor
and/or Trustee may make payment of income or principal appli-
' cable to the use of a minor hereunder in any or all of the

A. By paying the same to the parent, guardian or .

~gible personal property, such minor may be permi.tted to use
~all or any part of such tanqible personal property prior to
~attaininq his or her majority and the same may be delivered
