EIGHTH: My Executrix with respect to (a) my estate and
(b) property held pursuant to the provisions of Article SEV-
ENTB, hereinabove, and my Trustees with respect to (a) the

and ~c) each other fund whether composed o~ principal or ac-

of my estate and the complete administration of the trust or

A. To accept in distribution of my estate and_to
retain any investments and property constituting a part

entire amount of my estate ~r any trust or other fund
in which such property is held and whether or not such
property is of the class in which trustees are authorize

public or private sale and for casb or on credit; to ex-
change any such property; to grant options for the pur-
chase thereof without any limitation on the period of
such option and to acoept and retain as a proper invest-
ment hereunder, whether or not it be of the class in whi h
~ trustees are authorized by any law or rule of court to
invest trust funds, any property received on any such
exchange and any evidence of indebtedness or interest
resultinq from any such sale; .
