ORDER--
THIS CAUSE having come before this Court upon the Stipulatio
for Continuauce and For'Leave to Amend the Pleadings, dated
February 11, 1977, filed in this cause, and the Court having
considered said Stipulation and being otherwise duly advised in
the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this cause be, and the same is
hereby removed from the trial docket for the week of February 28,
1977, the same to be reset upon the. Motion of either party, and
,
it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant be, and the same is
E hereby granted leave to amend his pleadings within five days from
~ -
the date of the filing of said Stipulation, and the Plaintiff
shall have a period of twenty days from the date of receipt of
the Defendant's amended pleadings within which to plead responsive y
thereto. -
