THIS INDENTURE, made this 30th day of December, 1976
between SIDNEY HUTT, residing at 42 Royal View Drive, Rochester,
New York, 14625, party of the first part, and
EUGENE R. CAI~AGNO, residing at 1616 Lake Road, Webster,
New York, 14580, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH:
That the said party of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE
~ CONSIDERATION to him in hand paid by the said party of the second -l
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained and sold to the said party of the second part, his heirs
and assigns forever, the following described land situate, lying
and being in City of Port St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, and State
of Florida, to-wit: '
Lot 14, Block 1138 of Port St. Lucie Section 9, a
Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 12, Page 39A, of the Public Records of

tations and easements of record: zoning and other regulatory or-
dinances and taxes for the year 197~.
And the said party of the first part does hereby fully
warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same against
