This cause came on for trial the 18th day of Janua?ry, 1977,
anc~ the Court having qiven full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that no ceremonial a~arriage was
had between the parties and that the.Wife had a living spouse
other tAan the Husband; that one child was born as issue of the
parties tie=eto; and that,no marriage existed between the parties
~ hereto. It is thereupon

_ 1. That custody of DEBRA ANN TUCI~R, minor child of the
i parties is hereby awarded to RUTH TUCI~R with reasonable visitation
~ ri hts reserved to CI~RLES RIC~RD TUCKER.

2. Commencing the 21st day of January, 1977 C~iRLES
RICHARD TUCI~R shall pay to RUTH TUCI~R the sum of Fifteen ($15.00)
Dollars each and every week for the support of the child named
above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
