purpose of this order, the term caeh shall include drafts and
checks drawn on a commercial bank or thriqt institution situate
and doinq business within the state of Florida.
7. The Clerk of the Circuft Court-ahall make his report
of such sale to the Court and the money arisinq therefrom~shall
1~ paid into the Court to be divided between the parties hereto
in proportion to their respective interest as determined by the
Court after the detenaination of costs, charqes, expenses and
attorney's fees to be charqed against the share of each party. The
sale thereof shall be approved by the Court and the conveyance

ordered before any conveyance pursuant to the sale shall be made.
Al1 taxes due on the property sold shall be paid out of the purchase
money.
8. Any of the owners may bid at said sale and shall.be
entitled to credit on his or her bid up to the full amount due him
or her under this order from the proceeds of such sale.
9. Upon determination of the rights of each of the parties
hereto and confirmation of the sale, the owners of the property
which is the aubject matter of this suit for partition and persons
claiming by, throuqh or under them, ahall be forever barred and fore-
closed of any equity or riqht in and to such property.
10. Jurisdiction is hereby retained by the Court far entry of

such further orders as may be necessary for the final disposition of
this cause including, but not limited to, an order for the sale of
the personal property, furniture and furnishinqs in the dwelling on
the lands described in paragraph 5 hereof and to the allocating of
