THIS INDENTURE, Nade this lSth day of February, 1977, between
Hl1TCHINSON ISLAND ~IMITBD PARTNBRSHIP, a liadited partnerahip duly
registered aith th Secretary of State of the State of Florida,
hereinafter designated as the "MORTGAGOR" and FIRST FSDERAL SAVINGS
~ AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCB, a corporation organized and
existing under the laws of the United States of America and having its
principal place of business in the City of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie Couaty,
Florida, hereinafter designated as the 'MORI~GAGEB",
WNERBAS, the MORTGAGOR is ~ustly indebted to the MORTGAGEE in the

payment of said sum of $1,180,000.00, and the performance of the
covenants and agreements hereinafter espressed, and for divers good
and valuable considerations, by these presents, ctoes grant, bargain, _
