the Court finding that the decedent died on the 9th day of
May, 1974; that all interested persons have been served with
proper notcie of this hearing, or have waived notice thereof;
that- the material allegations of the petition are true; and
that an Amended Qrder of Suiamary Administration should be

I ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of the assets

- Beginning at the NW corner of the NW 1/4 of the NE

Range 40 East, run South 660 feet to the SW corner
of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the NEl/4 of Section
7, Township 35 South, Range 40 East; tHence turn .
and run East 404 feet for point of beginning; from
said point of beqinning continue East 64 feet
to a point; thence turn and run North 125 feet to
a point; thence turn and run West 64 feet to a point;
thence turn and run South 125 feet to the point
of beginning; said land being also described as Lot
18 of an unrecorded plat of the NW 1/4 of the
NE 1/4,of the NE 1/4 of Section 7, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East.
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that those to whom specified parts
of the decedent's estate are assigned by this Order shall
be entitled to receive and collect the same, and to maintain
actions to enforce the right. ~
