ASHBY, Deceased ~ PETITION FOR FINAL ORDER OF DISCHARGE OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE TO THE HONORABLE JUDGES OF THE ABOVE ENTITLED COURT: The Petition of OLIVE A. ASHBY respectfully ahows: - 1. That petitioner is the duly qualified and acting Personal Representa- tive of the estate of Lois C. Ashby, deceased. 2. That petitioner has duly cauaed to be pubYished Notice of AdmdniBtra- tion to all persons having claima or demands against the above estate and all other persons intereated in the estate which publication appeared in the Fort Pierce News Tribune of November 1 and 8. 1976, and that Proof of such publication has ~ been filed with this Court. 3. That no response to said Publication by creditors or o~herwise has _ been filed herein and the time allowed so to do has expired. 4. That petitioner is the only daughter and sole heir under the Will of 'i ~ the decedent. ~ 5. That a non-tax certificate has been duly filed in ttus cause. WHEREFORE, the estate of Lois C. Ashby having been fully and com- pletely administered and distributed, petitioner praya that a final order of dis- charge discharging petitioner of and from further liability in connection with the administration of this estate be entered. ~ Under penaltiea of perjury, I declare that I have read the foregoing and the facts alleged are true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
