the petition a~ OLIVE A. ASHBY ior an order diacharging her of and from
further reaponsibility in connection with the admirustration of the eatate ~
of Lois C. Ashby, deceaaed, and it having been made to appear to the
Court that petitioner, Olive A. Ashby, is the only~party intereated in the -
estate~ and that distribution has been made according to law and the non- _
tax cer~ificate of the State of Florida filed, and no further action being
required; and the Court being advieed in the premisea,
- IT IS THEREUPON ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that OLIVE A.
ASHBY be, and she ia hereby diecharged of and from further liability
in connection of the administration of the eatate of Lois C. Ashby and
fitrther that thie eatate be closed.
