THIS CAUSE coming on upon the consent of the below
signed parties as to Parcel No. 1, and a Default Judgment -
~ having been entered previously as to Wilber E. Stewari: and
Mary Alice T. Stewart, his wife and the Defendant-Erwin
Brunson Bush havinq agreed to accept the sum of $9,900.00
in full payment for the property taken and the Plaintiff
having agreed to~pay said sum and the Plaintiff further ~
agreeing to pave the driveway of said Defendant to the
Savannah Road edge when Savannah Road is in fact paved, and~
this Court previously having entered an Order of Taking as to
said Parcel No. 1 on June 3, 1976 and the sum allowed for in
said Order of Taking having been deposited in the Registry
! of the Court on June 11, 1976, it is upon consideration

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That the property described in the Complaint
~ and in the previous Order of Taking, title to which vested
in the Petitioner by Order of Taking dated June 3, 1976 and
effective as of June 11, 1976 is more particularly described
as follows:
PARCEL NO. l: Being the South 25 feet of I,ot 2
o the Plat of C.T. McCarty's Subdivision of
~ Government Lot 2 of Section 23, Township 35
South, Range 40 East, as recorded in Plati Book
1, Paqe 198, St. Lucie County, Florida, lying
between the East right-of-way line of the
Florida East Coast Railroad and the West right-
of-way line of South Indian River Drive less
that part of Lot 2, as recorded in Plat Book
14, Page 45, containinq 14,343 square feet, iy
