(2) That the aqreed settlement su~? as to Parcel
No. 1 of $9,900.00 be awarded to the Defendant-Erwin Brunson
Bush.
(3) That at a later date a hearinq to apportion
the moneys payable for the property betw~en said Defendant-
$rwin Brunson Bush and the Defendant-Wilber S. Stewart and
~ Mary Alice T. Stewart, his wi~e be held and at the conclusion
of this hearing any Eunds deposited with the Reqistry of the
- Court as to this parcel shall be disbursed in accordance with
the finding of this Court and any additional funds payable
shall be paid directly to the appropriate parties.
(4) That C. R. McDonald, Jr., as attorney for the
Defendant-Erwin Brunson Bush, shall receive as a reasonable
attorney's fee the sum of $990.00.
