THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing on February 2,
1977, upon a Petition for Dissolution of Marriage filed by the
wife, and the Court, after hearing testimony and having given
ftiill consideration to all the evidence, finds and deteimi.nes:

This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and sub~ect~matter
of this cause; that the relations-of husbend and wife now exists
between the arties• and that the marri e between the partles ~

OR~ERSD AND ADJUDGED as follows:

l. DISSOLUTI~N OF MARRIAGE. That t~he marriage between_
DONNA MILLS HARRELL and CARLOS YOUNG HI~RRFLL, be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony.heretofore existing

between them and fr~om the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY SETTL~]T A~GR~1T. That the Property
Settlement-Agreement heretofore made between the parties is .
hereby incorporated and made a part of this Final Judgment.
3. RESTORATION OF MAIDEN NAME. That the wife's maiden
name is hereby restored to DONNA MILLS.
' 4. JURISDICTION. That ~urisdiction of this cause, and
the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further
Orders as may be proper.
