2. The said warranty deed contains a miatake, in that the
correct name of the subject qrantee ahould have read J. Richard
Muehlinq and that~Ricfiard J. Muehlinq and Richard Muehlinq are
one and the same person. ~
3. Further affiant sayeth not.
