Thereupon, the said party of the first part contracted to sell the said

Doltars; and the said party of the first part reported the said contract to

, the said Court, and said Court after being fu11y advised in the preruises
~ found that the price offered f~r said reat estate was fair and reasonable
and by Amended Order entered and rendered on the 11 th day of ~ebruary, 1977s
ratified and~confirmed said contract of sata and ordered the said party of
the first part to executn a deed to the parties of the second part of the
reat estate as hereinafter described.
NOW THEREFORE, in co~sideration of the premises and the sum of $17,000.00
Doltars in hand paid, said party of the first part hereby grants, bargai~s,
setls, atiens, remises, releasas, conveys and confirms unto the said parties
of the second part, and to their heirs and assig~s forever, that certain land
in St. lucie County, Ftorida, described, as folloNSs
Lot 43 of Block "A~~ of WEST END ADOITION, as per ptat d`~
thereof recorded in P1~t 8aok 2, page S of the pubtic
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together aith the
