Notice is hereby gi'~Ven that a suit was instituted in the abave
Court on the day of February , 197 7,•by the above named
Plaintiff(s) aqainst the above named Defendant(s).
The property involved is that certain lot, parcel or piece of
land and personalty located thereon, situate, lyfng and beinq in
St. Lucie County,_Florida, and more particularly described ae followss
Lot 20, Block 2, of PROGRESS PARR, TWO, aceording to
~ the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, at Page
16, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
toqether with the improvements thereon, and all furniture,
_ fixtures and equipment contained therein, replacements
thereof and additions thereto. .

The relief sought in and by said suit is the foreclosure of a
certain mortgage given by SAMUEL HARRIS, JR. and PEGGY ANN HARRIS,
his wife, to the Plaintiff (s) recorded in O.R. Bo~k 209 at P~e 515,
in the office of the Clerk of the above Court; the decreeing of a sale
ofks~~id property under the direction of said Court, in default of the
payment of the amount found to be due the Plaintiff(s) under said -

~ mortgage; and for other and further relief. -
