who, first being duly sworn, depose and say:
1. Your Affiant is the Grantor in that certain Deed dated
September 14, 1976, and recorded September 17, 1976, ~
under Clerks File No. 345409 in the Public Records of ~
St.Lucie County, Florida pertaining to property: i
Lot 6, Block 3, PROSPERITY PARK SUBDIVISION, ' ~
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat 8ook 7, ~
at Page 55, of the Public Records of St.Lucie
County, Florida -
on which, by scribbler's error, was referred to as:
"NELSON E. ROLLE, Adult and surviving Spouse of ESSIE
MAE R4LI~E, Deceased" when, in fact, he was a married
a~an, the husband of ELLEN JUANITA ROLLE.
2. Affiant was married to Essie Mae Rolle on December 9, 1944,
and remained continually married to her until the date of
her death on Januarq 23, 1970. The Death Certificate for
Essie Mae Rolle was recorded in Official Record Book 182,
at Page 1699 of the Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida.
Further Affiant sayeth not. ~
