232, at Page .413, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in which he aigned es UMBERTO DeLUCA,
being the husband of PAT I. DeLUCA, but, i~ fact was
not married to the individual named. This was done -
for convenience in obtaining that certain mortgage.
3. Your Affiant_is the individual who signed as one of the
Grantors on that certain Quit Claim Deed, recorded i~t
~ OR Book 239, at Page 4, of the Public Records of St. -
Lucie County, FZorida, which was for convenience purposes.
