Before me, the undersigned authority, this day, peraonglly appeared
PATRICIA BUSH
who, being first duly sworn, depose and say:
1. Your Affiant is the individual who signed as a forder~~
graa~+~r on that certain property known as:
Lot 32,Block 103, PORT ST. LUCIE, Section 27,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 14,
at Page 5, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
~ 2. Your Affiant is the individual who signed as one of the
anortgagors on that certain mortgage recorded in OR Book
232, at Page 413, of the Public Recorda of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in which-she used the name PAT I. DeLUCA,
being the wife of UMBERTO DeLUCA. She was not married,
the purpose of this was for convenience purposes in ob-
taining that certain mortgage.
3. Your Affiant is the individual who signed as one of the
Grantors on that certain Quit Claim Deed, recorded in
OR Book 239, at Page 4, of the Public Records of St.Lucie
County, Florida, which was for convenience purposes.
4. Your Affiant is the individual who signed on that certain
~ Quit Claim Deed as PATRICIAL DeLUCA, aka PAT I. DeLUCA,
w WHICN was recorded in OR Book 244, at Page 1129, Public
~a Records of'St. Lucie County, which was for convenience
" purposes.
