appeared WILLIAM C. BROWN who, being first duly sworn,
depose end saq that he is merried to CONNIE BROWN and they
are the owners of the following property: .

East 140 feet of the West 495 feet of the Northwest
1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Southeast 1/~4 of Section
17, Township 35 South, Range 40 East; said land ait-
uate,lying, and being in St. Lucie County Florida.
Affiant further depose and says that he is not the same
person as Willie C. Brown mentioned in Final Judg~ent re-
cvrded in Official Record Book 235,-at Page 2276, of the
