~ Water Plant Road); thence go South 200' along the
~ East right of waq line of that certain right of
~ . way owned by the Board of Couaty Comanissioners of
~ St. Lucie Caunty lying 83 feet East of-the Eest
t right of way for U. S. Sighway xo. 1 for a point of
¢ beginning; thence go South 169' more or less (to
~ the existing parcel presently being operated as a
z gas station) ; to establish the SW cvrner of the
f property; thence from the SW corner go East on a-
~ line which is parallel to the So.uth right of way
