specifications of the Yillage~of 3t. Lucie~ which total cost to
the Sellers shall not exceed Sia Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) upon
~ the sale of the entire tract of land or a~y portion thereof within
the following described property, to-wit: '
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southwest
quarter of Section 21~ Tawnship 34 South, Range 40
East, thence run North 771.6 feet; thence run WeBt -
952.24 feet more or less to the Florida East Coast
Railroad; thence run Southerly on the Florida East
Coast Railroad 824.86 feet more or less to the
Southern line of Section 21; thence run East on

land described in Deed Book 23, at Page 209, Deed
Book 50, at Page 1S3 and Deed Book 136, at Page 273,
or Che Sellers shall co~nmence payment to the Buqer of the fifty
percent (S0~') of the cost of the completion of the road, swales an
crossroad drainage three (3) qears from the date of the cosnpletion
of the road~, swales and crossroad drainage as follows:
2/3 of the fiftq percent ~50%) of the cost of
. construction three (3) years from the date of
completion of the road, swales and croasroad drainage,
1/3 of the fifty percent (5090) of the cost of
construction four (4) years from the date of csmpletion
- of the road, swales and crossroad draianage,
1/3 of the fifty percent (507,) of the cos~ of
canstruction five (5) qears from the date~of the
completion of the road, swales and crossroad drainage.
whichever occurs first. ~
6. Sellers represent that they hold free title to the
property being granted by this Agreement without any liens or
encumbrances except for the taxes.for the year 1976. If there are
any defects in the title to the above mentioned property; the
SelZers will cure the same at their expense.
7. The foregoin~ representations, warranties and agreeements
shall not be discharged or dissolved upon, but shall survive the
closing.
