and take acknowledgements, personally appeared HELEN T. DOWSING,
- who, being first duly sworn, under oath, deposes and says:
l. That affiant is the owner of the following
described real property:

Section 27, a subdivision according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in ~
Plat Book 14, Paqe 5 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That affiant and HARRY B..DOWSING, deceased, took
title to the above described property as an estate by the
entirety under deed of conveyance duly recorded in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, on or about February 11,

~ 1969. That said HARRY B. DOWSING died on February 16, 1976,
f while a resident of Los Angeles County, California, and at the ;

~time of his death was survived by his wife, HELEN T. DOWSING,
affiant herein.
That affiant and said HARRY B. DOWSING, deceased,
were legally married at and prior to the time of taking title
to the property above described and that such marriage remained
~ continuous and uninterrupted until the death of HARRY B. DOWSING
~ on February 16, 1976.
