. SEPARATION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered irto fit~i~ /stday of 1977, by and
between PATRICIA C. BOYD hereinafter referred to as the Wif , an OBERT H. BOYD
hereinafter referred to as the Husband. _ ~
NITNESSETH: .

WHEREAS, The par~ties hereto Were married on the 25th day of December 197~,sr~'?~
in kest Palm Cou~ty, Florida, have been and are naw Husband and Wife; and
NHEREAS, di~ferences have arisen betWeen them, and the relations bet~+een the
parties are and have been of such a character as to render the separata.on a -
matter of necessity for the health, welfare and happiness of both, on account of
Which the parties have separated and nox live separate and apart and intend to
live separate and apart from each other for the rest of their natural lives; and
HHEREAS, it is the .desire of both finally and for all time to settle, aajust.i
corapromise and determine their property rights, all rights of support and mainten-
ance by either party against the other by reason of their marria,ge, alI dower,
courtesy, alimony and hvmestead rights, and any and aIl other_rights existing be-
tween the parties growing out of the marria.ge relation; and
NHEREAS, there is one child of the marriage, namely a daughter, LYSANDRIA
G. BOYD, born on 21 Jnne 1972, hereafter referred to as Child.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the considerations herein- ~
after mentioned, the mutual pranises herein made and of acts to be performed by
them, the parties have agreed and by these presents do agree as fol2ows:
- 1. SEPARATION OF THE PARTIES; The parties may and sha~]. at all times here-
after live and continue to llve separate and apart for the rest ~f their natwral
lives. Each shall be free from interference, authority and control, direct or in-
direct, by the other as fu].ly as if he or she were single and unmarried. Subject
to the provisions of this Agreement, each may reside at such place or places as he
or she may select. The parties shall not molest each other or compel or endeavor
to compel the other to cohabit or dwell with him or her by any legal or other
I proceedinga for restitution of conjugal rights or otherwise.
~ 2. ACCEPTANCE AND HUTUAL REI.~ASE: Each of the parties receives the property
~ set apart to t em and t e undert ing hereof in full and complete settlement and
~ release of all claims and d~nands of every kind, name or nature against the other
party hereto, including al]. liability noW or at anytime hereafter existing or" -
accruing on accoturt of supporC, maintenance, alimony (temporary or per~anent),
dower, courtesy or other allo~ances, either statutory or arising at conunon law,
incident to the marriage relation; and after this settlement the Husband and Wife
shall require nothing whatever of the other, except as herein provided, as though
the marriage relation betNeen them had never existed.
