6. REAL PROPERTY: The folloKing described real estate shall become the .

Estates, Unit 48, Block 13, Lot # 1. .
7. LIFE INSURAIdCE: The Husband shall become the sole and absolute o~,mer
of his SGLI and American Defender Palicy # 205526 life insurance, to do with as
he desires. -
8. CUSTODY OF CHILDREN:
a. The Husband shall have sole custady and control of LYSANDIRA G. -
BOYD, subject to reasonable visitation rights vested in the Wife. ~
b. The Wife sha11 exercise visitation rights by notifying the Husband
in writing of her intention to do so at least fourteen days in advance.

9. RLLOHANCES TO THE NIFE AND CHILDREN: ~
a. The Wife does not n~i request any alimony from the Nusband, but

jurisdiction over the parties, that shP is entitled to it.
b. The Husband does not now request any child support from the Wife,
but dces not waive his right to child support for the child in his custody if a
court of law, With jurisdiction over the paz•ties, determines that the Husband is

10. SUBSEQUENT DIVORCE: In the event thafi an action for divorce is insti- f,
