other State or Country, the parties hereto agree that they shall be bound by all
the terms of this Agreement and that this Agreement shall not be merged in any
c3ecree or judg~aent that may be granted in such an action, but shall survive same
and shall be forever binding and conclusive on the parties, but nothing herein
shall be construed to prevent the decree or judgment in any such action from
incorporating in full or in substance the terms of this Agreement.
21. MILITARY PRIVII,EGES: The Husband shall assist in-arranging for the
Wife~s use o t e mi itary facilities anci privileges including, but not 2iniited
to, the post exchange, military hospital, medicare and post laundry, to the
extent which she is, by lax, entitled to use them. The parties understand that
the eligi.bility of the ~life ta use such privileges terminates upon the gac~anfii~g
of a final divorce. ~
I2. ADDITIONAL INSTRUMENTS: Each of ~he parties shall promptly execute
and deliver suc deeds, tztle dacuments, releases, assiginnents, identity cards,
applications for dependent identity cards or other written instrwnents as may be
~ required from time to time to carry into effect fully the terms and conditions
of this Agreement according to the true intent and meaning thereof. The ilife
further agrees to turn-in her ration card before returning to the United States. ~
The Nife further agrees to turn-in her Military Dependent ID Card before retuYn-
ing to the United States; and the Husband agrees to assist the Hife in the issu-

13. FEDERAL INCOME TAXATION: The Wife and Husband shall annually sign a
multiple support agreement under Which the Husband may consider the minor child
his dependent for the purposes of the federal or any state income tax. Unless
mutual2y agreed to the cont~ary, the parties shall file jointly for Tax Year
1976, bufi shall file uzarried filing separately thereafter as long as they remain
married.
14. PRIOR AND SUBSEQUENT AGREEMEtiTS: Ttie parties hereto hereby cancel,
annul and invalidate any and all prior property settlements by them at anytime
hereto r.~ade. All modifications of this Agreement shal2 be of no effect unless
expressed in writing and signed by both parties.
15. ENTIRE AGREEHENT: Both the legal and practieal effect of this Agree-
nent in-ea and every respect and the financial status of the parties have been ~
fully exp].ained to both parties by legal counsel of each party's independent
choice, and both parties acknoW3edge that the Agreement is fair and is not the
result of any fraud, duress or undue influence exercised by either party upon
the other or by any other person~or persons upon either, and they further agree
that this Agreetnent contains the entire understartding of the parties, there
being no representations, promises, xarranties, covenants or wndertakings other
thari those expressly set forth herein.
16. ENFORCEMENT: The Wife agrees that she will not contact either directly
or i»directly, the Armed Forces or her Husband's Commanding Officer with respect
to the enforcement of this Agreement as long as he complies with its provisions.
19. EINDING EFF~GT: All covenants, promises, stipulations, agreements and
pravisions.contained herein shall apply to, bind and be ~ligatory upan, the f
heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives and assigns of the
parties hereto. ~ . _
