FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE having heretofore come on for trial and the
respe~tive parties hereto having appeared be£ore this Court
with counsel and ~he Court having taken testinwny of the
parties and heard the evidence herein, and the Court havin~
given full consideration to a11 the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of, the parties and
sub3ect matte= of this suit; that the relation o.f husband and
~ wi.fe now exists between the parties; and that the marriap,e
-between the parties is irretrievablq broken and should be -
dissolved. It is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as ~ollows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
PAUL ANTHONY T`ESTA and JACnUELI*IE DORIS T'ESTA be and the same
is hereby dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of JUSEPH TESTA, RICHARD TESTA,
FIILLIAM TESTA, CHERYL TESTA and NICHOLAS TESTA, minor children
of the parties is hereby awarded to JACtjUELINE DORIS TESTA with
reasonable visitation rights reserved to PAUL ANTHONY TESTA.
3. SUPPORT, In addition to any noney due JACQUELINE~DORIS
TESTA individually or to the minor children of the parties as

a result of any social security benefits, commencing the~
day of , 1977, PAUL ANTHONY TESTA shall pay to
JACQUELINE DOBIS TE TA rhe sum of $12.50 each and every week
