Each payment shall be a~ade through the Cle~k o.f this Court
and by him remitted promptlq to JACQUSLINE DORIS TESTA, In
addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as
statutory costs to be added ta each payment made to the Clerk.
All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
check. Both of the perties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this
Court advised o£ their mailin~ and residence addresses at alI
times while this order is in effect. ~
4, PROPERTY. "
(a) As additional child support,-PAUL ANTHONY TESTA
shall grant to JACQUELINE DORIS TESTA exclusive possession of the
marital home of the parties together with all furniture, furnishi s
and appliances Iocated therein as lot~g as any of the minor childr
of the parties reside in said marital home and are dependent upon
child support as herein provided.
(b) PAUL ANTHONY.?'CSTA shall be responsible for
all outstanding bills of the parties incurred during the '
course of their marriage up to the date of this Final Judgment
and shall hold JACQUELINE DORIS TESTA harmless therefrom.
(c) I~ addition~ PAUL ANTHONY Z'~STA sha11 make as
- additional child support all mort~a~e payments which come due
and sha11 keep the payments current on the mortgage-presently
on the narital home and shall pay all taxes and insurance as
r said indebtedness matures. -

~ (d) At the time the marital home is sold, PAUL

~ ANTHONY TESTA sha12 not be allowed any credit for any moaey he
has expended as provided herein.
