• PETITION FOR DISCHARGE ~
The undersigned, as personal representative of the above
Estate, alleges:
1. The decedent, FRANCIS J. CARBONARA, a resident of
St. Lucie Caunty, Florida, died on August 25, 1973, and Letters
Testamentary were issued to Petitioner on September 7, 1973.
2. Petitioner files herewith waivers of accounting by all
remaining interested persons of this Estate.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this Estate, by
making payment, sett~ement, or other disposition of all claims
and~debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision
for the payment of all expenses of administration. ~
4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns
~
` with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of
f Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with
~ this Court evidence of the satisfaction of this Estate's obliga-
~
~ tions for both Federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
~ 5. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution

i of the ass.ets of this Estate as set forth in the Schedule of

~ Distribution attached hereto as Exhibit A.
