The underaigned, as peraonal representative of the
above estate alleges:
1. The decedent, BENJAMIN H. iiBITZMAN, a resident
of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on January 17, 1973 and
Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner on February 1, 1973.
2. Petitioner files herewith a final accounting
containing a complete report of all receipts and disbursements
since the date of the last accounting filed herein.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate,
by making paqment, settlement., or other disposition of all claims

and debts that were presented, and by paqing or making provision for
i the payment of all eapenses of administration.

j 4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax
~ returns with the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of
~
~ Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this
~ court evidence of the satiafaction of this estate's obligatione for

~ both federal and FYorida estate taxes, if any. `
