as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 5 at
paqe 16 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
ELEANOR BARRDULL TRUEMAN who, after first being duly sworn, did
~ depose and say:
: 1. That she is the surviving spouse of HOWARD AUGUSTUS
TRUBMAN, JR., who died on August 26, 1975.
2. That she and the said Howard Augustus Trueman, Jr.,

` said marital relationship was~continuous and without inter-
ruption until the death of the said Howard Augustus Trueman,
